Gold actually flatters many skin tones and adds a
luminescent touch. It’s an easy to wear colour as an accessory or as a dress.
As a dress, gold can be matched with crystal accessories, powerful gem-tones
such as emerald and sapphire, and for a very chic look, pairing different
metals, such as silver and brass. Shoes best suited for gold are peep-toe or
sandals with a shimmery element.
Not all golds are bright and blinding (blindingly
beautiful!). Depending on the material, the gold can be less overpowering than
one perceives it. On a jersey dress, the gold will appear more matte with a
sparkle , whereas chiffon will add the bijoux-blitz factor.
